And while you may
be interested in an adventurous experience, we recognize that you might
also be looking to incorporate romantic moments and settings. Our Romantic
Adventure is perfect for couples who’d prefer to have a guide
around for the active portion of their trip but are also looking to
spend some time alone. Designed specifically with romance in mind, comfortable
and distinctive lodging is a given. The active portion of our trip follows
suit and includes a big day of rafting down the country’s most
beautiful river and the lush and dramatic landscape of the Arenal Volcano.
The second half
of the trip is up to you. Guests have five very different extension
options to choose from. Whether you’re looking to soak up the
sun at a stylish spa, learn to surf along a popular beach, relax and
renew at a posh resort or continue the adventure at a jungle lodge,
or a little bit of everything, we’re sure you’ll find what
you’re looking for.
Each trip is exclusive,
with space for up to five couples. By limiting our group sizes, we can
offer a level of spontaneity, flexibility, and personalized service
that makes each IAU vacation so unique. Dates are flexible as trips
