This expedition style whitewater rafting trip literally begins where the road ends. Guests are led by horseback through orange groves and fruit orchards, deep into the rainforest and through the Cabecar Native American Preserve into an otherwise inaccessible river canyon originally explored and descended by IAU guides.

Lucky paddlers make their way down technical class IV rapids, learn about the local native culture, and camp out under the stars.
